The Holga D is a camera concept from Indian designer Saikat Biswas, currently working in Finland.
Holga D is a digital camera inspired from the extremely popular cult of Holga and other toy cameras of its kind.
Even though it’s a digital camera, it retains the qualities and simplicity of the original Holga camera and brings back the joy and delayed gratification associated with good old analog photography.
I know I’d love to have a play with one of these, and the design is beautiful.

Been scanning up a storm. Some old, some new. It’s definitely got me pumped on photography again. Picking up another 3 rolls of film on Thursday and gonna try drop another roll of 220 off while I’m there. Now I’ve got a lightmeter AND a scanner it’s time to step it up.
My scanner finally showed up today. It’s huge and sounds like WALL•E. I got a bit of work I have to finish off before I can finish up for the day, but I think I know how I’ll be spending the evening.
